We are deeply saddened to announce the death of YSP’s founder and artistic director, Richard DiPrima. Thousands of young people have benefited from his work over the past 42 years, and we are committed to making sure that YSP continues to exist for the young people of Madison for many years to come. Please join us for our upcoming production of Shakespeare’s incomparable masterwork, King Lear, and check back often for updates about upcoming productions. We are deeply grateful for the support we have received from the YSP community, and we anticipate holding a memorial for Richard early in the new year.
